STEP 01 Fill out a medical history form online
This may be done online or in-person.
STEP 02 Meet with our dental team
Set up a dentist appointment to discuss your medical history and present dental concerns. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and welcome you to share any questions and concerns.
STEP 03 Begin a comprehensive exam and x-ray
Our dentist will examine your gums, teeth, and mouth. Limited or full mouth x-rays may also be taken to check for both urgent and underlying problems. Each full patient exam may take up to one hour.
STEP 04 Discuss your personal dental treatment plan
You’ll receive a full assessment of your present dental needs and discuss your long-term oral health goals. We’ll provide our recommendations and you’ll make the final decision on how you want to proceed.
